You can go to your local wellbeing hub to get support as well as a clinical assessment.
You can self-refer or refer a colleague (with their consent)

The NHS Learning Hub provides learning materials for all NHS staff in the form of short courses and videos to improve your wellbeing.
The NHS mental health and wellbeing hubs offer healthcare professionals with confidential and free mental health advice and support.
