What will candidates need to provide?
Our compliance team requires candidates to provide the following documentation:
Identification such as a valid passport or driving licence.
Right to work in the UK (if applicable).
Copy of your current DBS.
Proof of address - this can be a recent bank statement or utility bill.
Evidence of your National Insurance number (usually a letter).
Relevant qualifications e.g. bachelor's degree.
Confirmation you meet minimum training requirements, for example, clinical record keeping, conflict resolution, health and safety, fire safety etc.
References covering the last 5 years of employment - please include names, numbers and contact details.
Passport photo.
Once you are enrolled as a candidate with MCM Medical, we may ask you for further documentation such as car insurance, MOT and vaccination status. Our lovely compliance team will advise you of this nearer the time.
How long does the compliance process take?
The compliance time frame varies from candidate to candidate, depending on how fast they provide the relevant information, as well as the referees’ response time. Our dedicated team strives to complete the process in as little time as possible so you can get on with doing what you love.
Will I know when my compliance checks are complete?
Your personal compliance officer will keep you up-to-date on the status of your compliance checks and will notify you as soon as they get the all clear. If you have any questions during the process, they are your first port of call.
